Recipe: Orange Spice Protein Bites

These Orange Spice Protein Bites are an easy-to-make bite that delivers a rich combination of plant-based protein, pumpkin spice flavor, and delicious hints of citrusy flavor. They’re the perfect fuel for a busy lifestyle, especially during this fall season! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Dates
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Fresh Squeezed Orange
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Allspice
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Protein

Instructions:

  1. Combine in Food Processor
    Bring all of the ingredients together and combine using a food processor.
  2. Form Your Protein Bites
    Ball the batter together into small balls about 1/4 of an inch across. Place them on parchment paper and sprinkle additional coconut flour on top before placing them in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
    Once the bites have cooled in the fridge for a few hours, they’re ready to be eaten. Serve with a glass of plant-based milk and enjoy!
