Recipe: Birthday Cake Smoothie

IT’S Justin’s birthday and we want to celebrate it the A11 Performance way!

This breakfast smoothie is a delicious, protein-rich birthday delight! This birthday cake in a blender combines some unexpected ingredients, including a personal favorite of Justin’s – avocado – as well as flavorful Vanilla Plant-Based Protein. It tastes great as-is, or you can have a little fun and garnish it with coconut whipped cream and some vegan sprinkles if you’re looking for a more authentic cake flavor.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 oz Pea Milk
  • 2 oz Ice Cubes
  • 3/4 Cup (106 g) Banana
  • 1/4 Cup (37 g) Avocado
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
  • Coconut Whipped Cream (Optional - Topping)
  • Sprinkles (Optional - Topping)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Top with Coconut Whipped Cream and Sprinkles.
  3. Pour and Enjoy!
