Recipe: Guava Smoothie

A FRESH FEEL FOR YOUR SMOOTHIE - GUAVA!

Switch things up with this tropical fruit rich in vitamin C and dietary fiber. Its antioxidant-heavy pink flesh gets a tasty compliment (and more vitamin C) from fresh-squeezed orange juice. Banana adds creaminess, vitamin B6 and potassium. This fresh tasting combination is made even more delicious and nutritious with a scoop of vanilla Plant-Based Protein.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup fresh guava
1/2 banana
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Ice
1 scoop TB12β„’ Plant-Based Protein: Vanilla

DIRECTIONS
