Recipe: The “Green Monster” Smoothie

GREEN = GO!

Like that notoriously high left field wall, this smoothie doesn’t mess around. Kale and avocado are the green foundation, delivering vitamin K, potassium, fiber, and antioxidants. INGREDIENTS:

1 cup coconut water
2 stalks of kale
1 cup grapes
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 strip lemon rind
1/2 avocado
Ice
1 scoop Plant-based Protein: Vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, serve, ENJOY!
