YOU CAN MAKE PROTEIN PANCAKES?

They are super easy to make and contain no refined grains or refined sugar – just oats, banana, eggs, and whey protein isolate, preferably unflavored. It’s a delicious source of protein that won’t leave you feeling lethargic and hungry the way normal pancakes do.
INGREDIENTS
Tools: Frying pan or Skillet
4 Teaspoons organic baking powder
1 scoop Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate
2 Organic large eggs
1/2 cup organic almond milk
1 Banana
1 Cup organic oats
2 Tablespoons flax meal
Pinch of cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS
Combine the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir until liquid and dry ingredients blend to form a batter. Scoop the batter onto your griddle or pan to form small circular pancakes, and cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve and garnish with blueberries and bananas if desired. Enjoy!
